It’s been several months since my last visit. Went in for a battery change. During the visit they completed a software update, which caused gear shifting issues. It took me 2-3 months of persistently messaging and calling the service team to rectify the issue. I use to bring my vehicle to the Mississauga location for larger services with no issues. Since dealing with Porus, I will never return. It was a friggin nightmare. Transmission issues from a battery change…who would’ve thought?! More
