2 yrs honest experience - Staff: Staff is very nice and friendly, very best experience when I first purchased brand new GLC 300 in 2017. - Car: Been through many recalls, fr - Staff: Staff is very nice and friendly, very best experience when I first purchased brand new GLC 300 in 2017. - Car: Been through many recalls, frustrated when engine had an issue within 1 yr. Brand new 2017 model didnt have remote starter- stating security reason. In 2018- there is remote starter!! where is security now? - Dealership: If u r fan of mercedes- go to south Edmonton. If u just wanna buy fully equipped car - go to different company. Reason: I have done 3-4 visits to west dealer - never provided loan car. Shuttle service has very limited time frame. I dont live in Edmonton so whenever I come to city I have some other errands too. Now u expect that such big dealer has few cars to spare for their customers but NO u r wrong. They dont have loan car. Shuttle cant provide service after 4:30. In short u r screwed. Summary: Mercedes - huge brand. Riding mercedes is an experience. Only thing is, keep ur expectation low when u buy brand new car. U will receive good welcoming from staff though. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I purchased a beautiful MB convertible from this dealership. I dealt with a very delightful and competent sales person. His name was Dharam Taylor I would recommend him highly. Nothing was a problem! He patiently dealt with my numerous queries and made the delivery of my vehicle painless. This was more difficult than most sales as I live in Ontario. The car was delivered to my home at my convenience. Dharam's support staff was excellent as well. I dealt with Jason Hill and he was extremely helpful with arranging the transfer of funds All in all, a very pleasurable experience. Does not honor contracts My mother, a senior citizen, signed a contract to purchase a demo. The dealership did not honor its commitment and asked her for more money to close My mother, a senior citizen, signed a contract to purchase a demo. The dealership did not honor its commitment and asked her for more money to close the contract. They were trying to take advantage of a senior citizen, by alleging there was a "mistake" made on the contract and needed more money to close the deal. No willingness to resolve in a professional manner. Even went to the head of the dealership with no resolution. More

Very unreliable chat line rep regarding service appointments I live 3 hours away from Edmonton. My vehicle's engine light went on mysteriously over the last few weeks and so I needed to book a weekend appointmen I live 3 hours away from Edmonton. My vehicle's engine light went on mysteriously over the last few weeks and so I needed to book a weekend appointment so as not to take time off work for the 7 hours of driving there and back. I ended up on a chat line with the dealership, asked if they were open on Saturdays, explained my engine light was on, the gal booked me in for 10 am Saturday October 13th. I drove to the dealership and was informed they cannot perform engine light analysis on weekends and furthermore I was not booked for a service appointment at all. I went back into the online chat and chatted with someone regarding this entire scenario sicne I wanted a transcript of the online chat and wanted to lodge a complaint. The chat representative advised me she was escalating this to a manager who by the way has yet to call me. It has been 5 days since this happened and there has been no contact by the manager. My primary issue is if I told someone on the online chat my engine light was on they should have told me this can only be serviced on a weekend. Very not impressed! SEVEN hours to drive back and forth and an engine light service could never have been done on a Saturday to start with. More
Don't honour commitments I booked a service for my E400 over the phone 2 weeks out. Appointment was confirmed in that call. I then received a call the day before I was to take it in only to be told they didn't make the booking. No apologies, no effort made to get the car in quickly. Fortunately there is another dealer in town. Very disappointing approach to service for a Mercedes dealership. Greg More

Its hard to find an individual that is as picky in the fine details as me, and Dharam did not disappoint! Dharam Taylor was fantastic also in making sure my wife was well informed, of all her options and features of her new suv.
