I visit Lexus BMW and Mercedes as infrequently as I can. Happy to buy but never happy if service is needed. I have to say that Mercedes West is my favourite of the 3 brands when I need to go to the service Happy to buy but never happy if service is needed. Can’t fix their own products. Took my Sprinter van in for repairs again for a reoccurring check engine light and after 1200.00 of repairs and the assurance that problem was repaired 400 km later light is bac repairs again for a reoccurring check engine light and after 1200.00 of repairs and the assurance that problem was repaired 400 km later light is back on and when I called was received one as a inconvenience and the response of” when can you drop it off fpm more out of pocket repairs that I question if one; were they really done as I saw no old parts ( that is always convenient ) and without admitting there were no actual diagnostic work dire just parts thrown in and hopefully the guessed. right. Bring it back and we will charge you more for diagnostics that never get done as I believe they have only part replacing people and the inspecting customer pays the price both finically and being inconvenience for poor repairs and very little remorse for the inconvenience. Why do dealerships do this especially in this time wher customer service should be a priority and not how much the invoice total is. I am a very unhappy customer over the 5 times I have been forced into returning to this establishment and really dread having to return as to the inability to repair the actual problem.
