Asked for sales guy. The receptionist transferred me to Dharam to set my family up for a test drive. Arrived on site, test drove and everything is great. Dharam's product knowledge and confidence certainly backed up the Mercedes Benz brand. This is a near perfect dealership experience that you can get. There's no such thing as perfect when you're buying a car, and Dharam works hard for you to ensure you walk out satisfied. The one thing that I was not impressed with is some sales members at Mercedes Benz. Upon completion of the deal, I had to run out to my car to grab my wallet. The shop was closing, the sales associate(3) looked me in the eye as I was outside knocking. And failed to come and open the door. I understand when a shop is closing, and not allowing customers through. However, you cannot tell if I was a customer or if I needed any sort of emergency help. Mind you, this doesn't bother me. And can be adjusted through a management policy change. But, let's get back to the car business: If you're seeking to buy a car, any dealership is fine. But if you're looking to experience what Mercedes Benz offers(sans the jerks who didn't open the door), speak to Dharam Taylor and his management team. More
