Poor customer service experience It was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership and was not a good one. The Sales person i dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, ho It was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership and was not a good one. The Sales person i dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, however several promises were made and not fulfilled. First, i was given the wrong manual and service records with my vehicle, only to have to hassle them to finally get me my correct manual 2 months later, however still missing service records and mechanical fitness report. They also only had 1 key for my vehicle, but told me they would get me my other key or if need be make a new one within the week, it has been 4 months now and i still have not received my spare key after several inquiries. Also, i was told the few scratches on my vehicle were to be buffed out and repaired, only to have them apparently be covered up and re-appear a week after purchase. And finally, the finance lady that i dealt with was extremely rude, until she was replaced by another individual who couldn't have been nicer. Overall a poor customer service experience. However thankfully i recently was able to receive some follow up on a couple of my issues after posting my review, and they are now in the works of being corrected. More

Great people to discuss things with, quick in understanding my needs and trying very hard to make things happen. Both, Dharam and Sheldon are vey knowledgeable and skilled in presenting the product I was interested in, what made the purchase very comfortable and pleasant. I will continue to recommend the dealership and the people who can make a great impression on a serious and seasoned car enthusiast. All of the staff seem to be very customer service oriented and all deserve credit for how well they operate. Roland Poon went above and beyond in accommodating my needs and showed nothing but professionalism the entire time. Roland is a knowledgeable salesman and is an expert in knowing the product that he sells inside and out. Kathy Lam was also key in making the closing of the deal happen and was a pleasure to work with. Whether I needed a certain accessory, a pre-delivery service, or had a question about the vehicle, Rollie made it happen, had the answers, and exceeded my expectations. Rollie is proof there's no substitute for experience. Faye in the finance department was super professional and made the whole process smooth and painless. When I took delivery of my E400, Darby sat in the car with me and introduced me to all of its features. And talk about follow up service! Imagine my surprise when minutes after completing an online customer satisfaction survey, I received a call from Mercedes Benz Edmonton West General Manager Jack Goodman, thanking me for completing the survey and asking me how he could resolve my one outstanding "issue".
