We bought a 2022 Mercedes GLC C43 AMG from this dealership yesterday and we absolutely LOVE this beautiful SUV! He even delivered the vehicle to us in Calgary and was amazing training us on all the fabulous state of the art features! We say it was the best experience received from a Car dealership by far. Adam continues to go the extra mile to make sure we're happy with our new purchase even assisting us to get some winter tires and accessories for the vehicle and has made himself available at our every need. Never did we feel pressured to close the deal in anyway and the dealership made our out of town purchase very easy and comforting. My simple service (tire replacement) took 10 weeks with all kinds of frustration and errors. My vehicle was delivered to my home and left unlocked with the key inside... I was told to come pick up my wheels and tires only to find the tires weren't mounted and I was sent home not ONCE but TWICE with nothing but and afternoon wasted. No apologies and this was from the Service Manager (Garrett Dyck) who was personally looking after this to ensure it went smoothly. More

It wasn't forced or fake but is reflective of the individual. There was no pressure. He also has a great sense of humor and made the experience very enjoyable. We had been considering the idea of buying a Mercedes for over a year, and only went to the dealership to look, as we had done on previous occasions. He sold us on the vehicle we bought. What I appreciate as well, is the after sale service, as he is always available to answer even the most inane questions. I would highly recommend Dari Mahfouz. More
