We gave them our numbers that we wanted, they tried to squeeze it in, didn't worked on both sides the 1st time. They respected our decision and let us go when we said we'll sleep over it. Yet, while we were on the road, we received a call and heard a 2nd effort from them. Following morning Chris made a follow up, and gave us a decent offer which we liked and preferred. Then that was it, Faye, the Finance Manager, made it hassle free for us to, did the transaction by phone and email. Told us the car is ready for pick up and done. My wife and I were just in awe, Starbucks coffee too? Made it right the way we like our coffees. And Evan, explained the car details and functions like we were 5th graders, simple, direct and quick. He was good. Thanks for everything guys! I will add my one star when I bring my car for service, that we have to experience... overall, we would recommend this dealership. Kodus! More

Dharum was able to answer all my questions and when I needed assistance in knowing the value of my car so I could sell it privately, he asked Craig to speak with me. Craig gave me all the information I needed and confidence that I had the correct value to sell my car. Worked with Billy who was able to give my daughter and I all the information so that I was able to drive away comfortably. Both Dharum and Billy told me that I was welcome anytime to get a refresher on the car, all I need do was ask. I was treated first class at every turn and would definitely recommend Dharum and all those I worked with.
