Andy did a really great job for helping me out with the whole procedure of purchasing, from my first walk in visit to pick up my vehicle and explained all the functions to me as well. I haven't drive since I got my license, which had been probably a month. Andy even went a short drive with me to help me to adjust the new car when I picked up it. Really appreciated his help. Terrible Service In Every Way!!! I would strongly recommend for people to AVOID this dealership altogether! I would never recommend a friend or loved-one to step foot into this dealership, as the sales staff are complete CON-ARTISTS. We purchased a gently used Mercedes SUV 3 years ago from this dealer. We were told that Mercedes hold there value better than competitors such as BMW. We were sold on very warranty and service in order to maintain the value of our investment. Fast forward 3 years, the vehicle is in new condition and meticulously maintained with very low kilometers; and we took the vehicle into the dealership to be appraised. Our hard-earned money and investment was appraised at HALF of what we paid. When I told the used-car salesman at this dealership, that this is a terrible reflection on Mercedes products, his nonchalant response was that all "Mercedes vehicles loss this much used". I was blown away that he actually admitted that they blatantly rip people off! I hope this dealership goes under in this economy, the sales team are incompetent at providing any level of service and they will casually admit that their products are the worst investment you could ever make. So please be warned as I do not want other to make the same mistake as us (fool me once, but I will never buy another Mercedes as a result). More

Kathy the financial manager helped us afterwords and she was very helpful and recommended us the best protection packages. My frustration must have been palpable when I was directed to speak with Chris Phan from sales... he took me under his wing, showed me a remarkable car which while was above what I had budgeted, he managed to structure the deal in such a way that it maximized the value for me and it was an offer I couldn't refuse. It made mathematical sense, the vehicle was clean, the report was accurate, I encountered zero xx finagling while leaving feeling a win-win was created for both myself as a client, and the business. I drove in from Calgary and can attest I would not hesitate to travel 2.5 hours to purchase from this dealer again.
