In speaking with their Sales consultant Rollie Poon, unfortunately the replacement vehicle desired was not immediately available, BUT following Rollie's suggestion, and in consultation with Jordan Clarke, General Sales Manager I purchased 2017 E 300 4matic demonstrator to use until my order for a new 2018 S Class could be filled. A predetermined purchase price for my new S Class order, and a predetermined trade in value of the 2017 E Class 300 I purchased for my interim use was negotiated in a very efficient and satisfactory manner making my entire overall experience a most pleasant. Also, my service experience with my previous vehicle, a 2014 Mercedes-Benz S Class at Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West has been outstanding, thanks to Mikayla Stelte, Service Advisor and Christian Ellison, Service Manager. Last but certainly not least, Faye Tunke, Financial Services Manager facilitated the purchase of all my vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West an easy and pleasant experience.
