He contacted my previous car dealer to help me with a transfer of data from the old vehicle. Also, Ralph helped me get the vehicle prepared for winter driving. Most terrible purchasing experience ever DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP Other people might have given this dealership a high rating but I would give this dealership a -10 if that was an opti DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP Other people might have given this dealership a high rating but I would give this dealership a -10 if that was an option. I ordered a GLS SUV in January of 2017. I was at the dealership and spoke to the manager, Justin (who was terrible). He stated that all of the SUVs needs 3M protection and I signed off on that. He told me that the car would be here in September. I paid an additional for the 3M and all the additional packages. I paid for the $5000 dollar deposit in January. They gave me an estimate that the vehicle would be ready for early September. I called them in early September and they promised a later delivery date. They kept on doing that for a few months. Finally, they told me that I have to have a Calgary address, which is more than confusing. Michael was the sales associate that I dealt with from September and on. He kept interrupting me and being abrupt with me. ( I lost my credit card in the mean time). He said in order for me to receive my deposit back through a cheque is that I do not post any negative review. I got black mailed by Mercedes. It was almost three months later that I got my deposit refunded back to my credit card. I have requested on a numerous occasions that the manager, Justin, to give me a call back. I have never received a phone call from Justin or any supervisors from the dealership. That just show how professional the dealership is. Save yourself from headache and a chance from getting blackmailed. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING A BENZ FROM THIS LOCATION More
