Took my 4 season tires to be swapped in for my winter tires. I had used my 4 seasons for 2 summers (around 20KM). I remember thinking "these tires seem almost new" when I was loading them into my car. I leave my car there for a week because I went on a week long trip. I come back. My car is not ready and I'm told that my treads have completely worn out and that I need new tires. How does pretty new tires with only 20Km on it get to almost bald. The service manager raises his voice to me and tells me this is perfectly normal. More

Have taken my SUV in a couple of times, but will no longer. The service department is, ironically enough, terrible at 'service'. Broke my windshield when repairing a chip and then didn't have the d longer. The service department is, ironically enough, terrible at 'service'. Broke my windshield when repairing a chip and then didn't have the decency to call me to tell me, just got a text saying they broke it, but they'd be happy to charge me $1000+ to repair it...pass thanks. Then when my keyless entry wasn't working, they said they looked and couldn't recreate it, but in the parking lot of the service centre it continued to malfunction, I took a video sent it too them and no response for over a month. Mercedes may be a luxury brand, but the the service here is anything but. Its so bad that after countless years with Mercedes I am looking to shift to a different brand. More
We traded in several vehicles and I must say that the sales staff was fantastic and the entire sales department went out of their way make us feel exceptional and a part of their family. We really can't say enough about their refreshing approach to straightforward vehicle sales. An excellent experience all round. More
If I could give a 0 I would. The way I was treated on my service claim I am not surprised at the low ratings here. We bought our GLE550 here because of the manager at the time. H The way I was treated on my service claim I am not surprised at the low ratings here. We bought our GLE550 here because of the manager at the time. He was very friendly and got the vehicle we wanted from Kelowna and the process was very nice. We are presently in Yuma arizona and have an issue with the rear shock on the back door. I phoned Country Hills to let them know and ask if they would look after this after we get back in April, as the warranty was set to expire in Feb. we are 3 hours or more away from a Mercedes’ dealer in the US. They told me no we would not. If I could not have it to them before warranty end it is my problem.even after letting them know the problem was there. Very disappointed with the lack of accommodation from this dealership. Will sell you a vehicle but service is non existent. I like to keep my vehicles under warranty so will be looking for another one when we get back. Will not be a Mercedes’ simply because of a 150 dollars shock and the attitudes of the dealership. Very sad. The good reviews here are for sales not service or after sale service. Would not recommend these guys and really expected more from Mercedes. Like the vehicle, do not like the dealership and service. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. More
Sales staff that we dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful but unfortunately as soon as the sale happened they were unresponsive and unwilling to assist with post sale related topic. A big concern for helpful but unfortunately as soon as the sale happened they were unresponsive and unwilling to assist with post sale related topic. A big concern for us was the service quality and our experience so far was that the work was either done in a matter that leave lots of to be asked for (oil filter not tighten properly and leaking oil, side air bag panel reinstalled incorrectly causing attachment clip damage, factory defect parts installed etc.) or was not done at all. I will not be taking my Mercedes to this shop. More
Just had a service for an engine check light fault, it was determined that it was the thermostat, was told that it would take 2-3 hours, it was nearly 7 hours later before the repair was finished, no curt was determined that it was the thermostat, was told that it would take 2-3 hours, it was nearly 7 hours later before the repair was finished, no curtesy car available as they have to be booked 3 weeks in advance, shuttle car does not go outside Calgary, so I’m stuck in the show room for 7 hours with no information on what was happening, after 4 hours I had to go looking for someone to ask what the status was, the information was very poor, in the 50+ years I’ve been driving this was one of the worse experiences from a dealership I have had to endure More
