Mercedes-Benz Burlington

My experience so far with Burlington Mercedes is appalling... You cannot speak with a live person to make a service appointment and when you finally speak to the receptionist I was put on hold for 1 appalling... You cannot speak with a live person to make a service appointment and when you finally speak to the receptionist I was put on hold for 10 min..... Sure they have a bistro, a spa, you can get your nails done or something or a massage but I don't want that I just want to get my car serviced for a reasonable price and not be met by a greeter that is rather arrogant and does seemingly know nothing about cars other than look good.... Seriously ridiculous. We tried to buy a new car at this garage but there were absolutely NO negotiating on price of a new car....! We went to St Catharines Performance Mercedes and had a fabulous experience. My recommendation is avoid Burlington Mercedes, this glass castle and pretentious people have to be paid for somehow and guess what, it is you that pays for it..... More
