Worst dealership EVER! If I could rate this dealership a 0 I would. There is no communication between the sales people and the finance department. Sales agents have no idea If I could rate this dealership a 0 I would. There is no communication between the sales people and the finance department. Sales agents have no idea what they are doing. Calls aren't returned. It's like playing phone tag and broken telephone. The amount of times they made mistakes with my information is just too ridiculous. They have no patience when it comes to customers. After being approved for a car, I needed to change my insurance information and as my insurance company was updating my information, the dealership refused to wait and gave my car away. What a waste of my time and effort. I had to speak to multiple sales people to finalize my deal because no one kept any records of my information and details were always being missed. Someone was always going on vacation or just starting a job. What a mess of a location! Go to another dealership where they actually know what they are doing! More

Just a simple Rip Off About 18 months ago took my C250 after the engine light came on. I was charged about $900 to replace a O2 sensor. A week later I was there again for About 18 months ago took my C250 after the engine light came on. I was charged about $900 to replace a O2 sensor. A week later I was there again for the same issue. Another days wasted after paid $200 bucks. A few days later the same problem. Finally they replaced something else at not charge. About 2 months ago the same ODB code.... Called for an appointment and the next available spot was for 4 weeks.....nahh...Had it fixed it somewhere else. Called for an oil changed....same crap...3-4 weeks waiting. Bottom line, if you don't own a $ 60K- $150K MB, be ready to wait several weeks. Their way of running business seems to be : Who can pay more are those that have priorities and get immediate attention. I willl never take my MB there again. More

It ended up costing me $408 so they could add blue tec and 3 days without a vehicle. 3 DAYS!?! They told me, because the light came on, they had to do a diagnostic test. They nickel and dime you, until your bill is hundreds of dollars. The fact it took 3 days for something, that is almost as simple as adding oil, says it all. I found the staff pompous and arrogant. I had the exact opposite experience at Oakville Mercedes! More

Avoid this dealership I was going to this dealership to get a new vehicle as I was reaching the mileage limits on my current ML lease. Staff were nice and friendly and I managed to get a quote and test drive a demo model GLE 2016 after reviewing all options. Finally after a couple of hours and long breaks that they put me on because they had scheduled customers I agreed to pay the deposit and commit to the deal as sales manager Mark Belletti promised to work on a better deal for me if I commit the it. So he comes back to me with a higher number on both deposit and monthly payments telling me that he was "exercised" with me to make me understand how good their dealership is. I was shocked and mad as I was played with and left the dealership and he was smiling while the sales person who dealt with me was so ashamed. More
