At the end we were handaded the standard Mercedes package, a bag, a blanket and two coffee mugs. After 11 days, and asking it a couple of times, still have not received code for the app. Initially my delivery was set for Dec 1 @12PM. After choosing the extra option, it was delayed to 3 PM same dat due to extra prep work needed. On the day of the delivery I received a call around 12:45 that they were expecting me to receive the car. I explained that it was set for 3 PM. We agreed to meet at 4 PM. About 30 minutes later I got another call to reschedule it which I could not. Clearly the dealership didn't know what was going on. More

Went there for airbag recall. Car wasn’t cleaned properly from after mechanics finished their work. Had dirt on dashboard. Person walks over to shake hands with us [we say covid, sorry]; he blinks** Hands over the key of a Demo car and walks away; asking us to take a look and to be back at front door [Who do we ask question] ??? we wonder We asked difference between GLC and GLA - Asks us to first decide and prompts for a purchase [our one and single query went unanswered] Takes questions too casually, answers not prompt.....
