** Shady dealer with employees with open liquor in front cupholders**Went in to get headlight warrantied with extended warranty(chrysler extended warranty no third party company) as well as leaky rear windo cupholders**Went in to get headlight warrantied with extended warranty(chrysler extended warranty no third party company) as well as leaky rear window. Show up on 2nd appt date to get it done both declined, headlight due to " broken clip from accident " and window just isn't covered even tho well known issue with recall in USA. Clip wasnt even related to why it was being warrantied.Story that i was provided had many flaws and I knew the clip wasn't broken because I was inspecting it a few days before to pull back vents to try and remove moisture. Talked to manager and showed story I was provided and how it didn't make sense because where the clip was "found" it would have fallen on asphalt below the vehicle 100%. He didn't even care to listen to the story and seemed uninterested when i took him out to show him exactly where the clip was and what would have happened. They also have alcoholic/drunk employees working on vehicles and that is most likely how it happened. Every day there's a new white claws/mickeys in cupholder. Had issues in the past but this topped it, won't be returning. Extended warranty for thousands for them to decline warranty and break parts, when I purchased the vehicle the sales manager called me to sell me on the warranty because I declined it first said it was a direct extension of the bumper to bumper warranty and it would extend it to 5 years - clearly not. Even let them know my financial and family situation, this dealer is only good for the sale process, after that they dont care. All they want is your money More

This dealership had a fraudulent employee Janis who sold me a warranty advising I can use at ANY chrysler dealer. When I tried to get service at another chrysler dealer they said they don't accept this warr me a warranty advising I can use at ANY chrysler dealer. When I tried to get service at another chrysler dealer they said they don't accept this warranty. Spoke to service manager and he was satisfied that Janis no longer works here and did not feel any way reliable for false information. More

Very disappointed with there after sales service ,every time my vehicle went there more problems occurred. Would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership EVER again!! Have been calling for over a month to get the paint fixed with the paint coverage warranty that I purchased and NO ONE will call me back. Hav again!! Have been calling for over a month to get the paint fixed with the paint coverage warranty that I purchased and NO ONE will call me back. Have now called 5 times. Worst service ever. Went into the dealership last fall and had pictures taken but now they claim they don’t have anything on file that I was there. Go anywhere but this dealership staff is also rude. Would have given them a zero star rating but that’s not an option!! More

I took my dart in for breaks service cleaning and grease calipers, was told need front pads/rotors, I took it a another auto repair shop they didn't need to replace, the pads inside pads 60%inside outside p calipers, was told need front pads/rotors, I took it a another auto repair shop they didn't need to replace, the pads inside pads 60%inside outside pads had 80% life left.
