Sales and followup great. However, there seems to be a disconnect between Sales and Service areas - need to improve communication of offered sales features (e.g. free oil changes) between these areas. disconnect between Sales and Service areas - need to improve communication of offered sales features (e.g. free oil changes) between these areas.
