Bought my 2007 Sport Trac, 2018 Edge a Meadowvale Ford for along time now. I have had service done there since I moved to the area 30 plus years now. When my lease is over and I'm trying to contact the lease manager for buyout price, it was another nightmare, I've calling for days and trying to get hold on this guy, I left voice message, left notes, sent email, as well as ask for other options, and he never get back to me. I asked reception to direct me to anyone who can help me out, she simplify just hand up on me! I’ve leasing cars for decades, and this is worse dealer I ever had! i Had a great experience with customer service. My rep was friendly, helpful and had everything done really quickly. The bill was eventually lower than quoted which was a nice surprise.
