We also appreciated the small amenities provided by McPhillips Toyota - large clean washrooms, bottled water , shuttle service, and loaner vehicle for the trip to buy insurance. Messiah Bautista was also pleasant to deal with. My only concern was with the process at the last step - add-ons such as extended warranties and maintenance packages were introduced very near the end of our transaction, and we would have liked to have known about these earlier on, in order to have had time to think about these options before making a decision.
