Repeat customer Our family has been fortunate to be able to purchase vehicles from McPhillips Toyota, a 2009 Corolla bought in late 2009 from Ocar who was the sales a Our family has been fortunate to be able to purchase vehicles from McPhillips Toyota, a 2009 Corolla bought in late 2009 from Ocar who was the sales associate at that time. In 2015 we purchased a 2015 Rav Limited bought in Dec 2015 and yesterday we purchased a 2017 Corolla LE upgrade both from Carter. The reason we keep coming back isn't because we know any prior connection there but because of the quality of the product, the great Customer Service and also the repair and maintenance service. Because of this we pass down our 2009 Corolla to our daughter with faith that she will enjoy the service as we have and continue to be treated as a part of the McPhillips Toyota family as we have for the last number of years. My husband has also advised his mother to go visit McPhillips Toyota as she is looking for a vehicle and to speak to "our car guy" Carter. So in one family there will be three generations joining the family experience. Nothing exemplifies the value of this dealership, product and service more than a repeat customer as we are.
