Gets Things Done with a Smile I have bought two vehicles now from Messiah and both experiences were great. He knew his stuff, got things in order and done quickly and professional I have bought two vehicles now from Messiah and both experiences were great. I bought my RAV 2015, had a few issues with it more from a service prospective and not sales, but Messiah took care of matters for me anyways. He made sure his supervisor went the extra step to make the matter I was having right. So when it was time for me to shop for my 2017 RAV I knew who to go to. With my new car, I mistakenly lost a card that would have given me my first oil change free. I thought I would just see if Messiah could work his magic and see if they would honour it anyways even if I lost the physical coupon. I didn't think it would be possible as I was sitting there waiting for my car to be service when I emailed him to do this for me. What does he do very quietly and quickly for me? He made it happen. I could see he was busy with other customers working up some new sales, but he still took the time to go to the service desk and took care of my request. Talk about immediate care. I would highly recommend McPhillips Toyota. Thank you again for all your help Messiah. More
