PAUL BOWES THE MOST ARROGANT / WORST SALES MANAGER Be careful on dealing with guy - so ARROGANT and the most DISREPECTFUL person I ever encountered. This is my story - We had misunderstanding with one Be careful on dealing with guy - so ARROGANT and the most DISREPECTFUL person I ever encountered. This is my story - We had misunderstanding with one of sales agent in regards to a feature of a car we like to buy but since they dont have the 2018 car we like, I requested politely to get my $500 security deposit and will be back once the 2018 car becomes available. This guy out of nowhere( he is not even the Sales Manager I am dealing with originally but I guess Oscar was busy during that time) came in and told me flat out that I am not getting my deposit back and he even told me that I owed them $600 more to pay for all the work he claim they on the vehicle that secures (btw i did not sign the bill of sale). I explained the situation and he still insist that I am not getting anything back and threatened me that he will be sending the additional charges to my home address. At this point, I requested the GM or the owner as I feel that talking to this guy is like talking to a wall but this guy REFUSED and he still insist that I will not get anything back and I owe them $600 more.. At this point I just decided to leave and plan to just escalate the issue with my credit card and to the media to expose how bad this manager is. On my way out, Oscar ( our original sales manager) approached me and eventually returned my deposit (Thanks). I just want to share this with everyone and hoping that the owner will be aware on how bad this person in dealing with customer. For me, PAUL DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR BUT I GUESS THAT IS THE LOWEST I CAN GIVE HIM. I DONT ALSO UNDERSTAND WHY I CANT TALK TO THE GM OR OWNER FOR SITUATION LIKE THIS. I hope the owner will do something to correct this so people will not experience the same way. More
