Friendly , knowledgeable staff Salesman picked us up at our home as our vehicle had broken down. Offered to drive us home even if we did not buy from his dealership . Had what i thought was a problem with the vehicle on the 2nd day and they took me in to the service dept. Immediatley and explained . It turned out to be no problem. Best Overall Car Buying Experience Sales staff are very personable, outgoing, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. If they didn't have the answer to a question readily avail Sales staff are very personable, outgoing, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. If they didn't have the answer to a question readily available, they were quick to do the research and follow up with you. In addition to this, they were always available to answer all questions that arose regarding the vehicle, accessories, warranty and the purchasing process. (Even on their days off!) I really appreciated the "no pressure" environment that this dealership uses from on the sales floor right on up to drawing cards from the deck with the Sales Manager. This has been without a doubt the best new car buying experience that I have had. Ohhh... And they have good coffee! :) More
