We were introduced to our sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about the features of the car; she took us on a test drive and showed us how the features of the car worked. She offered us refreshments and explained the process of obtaining the vehicle we wanted. We were fortunate in that the car was ready earlier than the week or so we'd been told and getting through the paperwork went well. More

Smooth and amazing experience It was Hardit, our salesperson whom approached us on the lot while we were checking out trucks. We were honest enough to let him know that we won’t buy right away as we’re still checking vehicles, however he still encourage us to test drive it. 2 months passed, this time we’re ready to make a deal. We went first in the lot, and Hardit saw us again. He remembered my name and what vehicle we like, very impressive. From then on, there wasn’t any pressure on the dealers part to push the sale what they did was they try to see what would work for us. They’re very patient and precise more so transparent. This went on when I was transferred to Finance, Kelly took care of me and was very easy to work with. No surprises with costs from Sales to finance. Amongst all the dealership I encountered, so far, McPhillips Toyota exceeded my expectation. More
