They don’t care about you, they screw you around and are unprofessional about things. When I went to get my car serviced , they ignored me when I was right In front of them and when I saw what he was do unprofessional about things. When questioned in regards to my service appointment he stated he was ‘busy’. They ‘ordered ‘ car parts and would not fix the parts they ‘agreed’ to fix before selling the car . They are very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anybody. Lots out there with better options and better service . I called to book a service appointment in regards to my breaks faulting , they did not believe me and when I took the SERVICE MANAGER for a ride personally he attempted to degrade me and stating I knew nothing about cars and that Their is nothing wrong with my car. After arguing with them for several several days and months , they finally listened to me and their WAS an issue with the car they sold me . Never apologized . More
