Wie Wen made us feel comfortable and well looked after!! He greeted us as we stood in showroom, introduced himself, then invited us to his office. He listened to what my mother was looking for , found a few options. Let us go for a test drive , explained the vehicle thoroughly , answered all our questions. We were so well informed and felt comfortable with him and his knowledge of the vehicle , my mother bought the car. The customer service from Wei continued even after we picked up the car and brought it home. He called my mother to see how everything was and encouraged her to call anytime if see had any more questions or concerns. Gary De Pape has been my contact for sales for all three of my Enclaves and he has gone beyond what would normally be expected of a sales consultant by a large measure. It is because of Gary and the exceptional service I have received from McNaught over the last five years, that I continue to come back to buy a vehicle, and frankly I do not consider anyone else. Buying and servicing cars can be a frustrating experience. From the setup of the dealership to the excellent staff, I have nothing but high praise for this organization. More

One issue has to do with the cargo floor board was damaged. It is still on back order. I've been waiting for over a month and counting on that one.. More

Joe Malinski new exactly what I was interested in as well as all the extras that I would want and some I hadn't even thought of. I know a lot of the people in the dealership and whether I am in the service area or in the sales department I always feel that I am treated with helpfulness and courtesy. Joe made purchasing this vehicle a really satisfying experience and David Brockie made the final paperwork easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are planning on purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

That helps to define value for me and other customers. He has an unusual ability to listen to the customer rather than talking over his or her head and what seems to be a personal commitment to be an advocate for his customer. That's why clients, including me, keep coming back to him. I have bought three GM cars from Joe and may soon buy another. His counsel and understanding of what I want and his after-sale care would be very hard to match. He has driven miles to my house to jump start a car with a dead battery, picked me up personally when the customer shuttle from McNaught's was detained, and put up with my endless post-sale questions, answering every one with precision. In fact, without Jozef as part of the deal, I might not be so willing to be a McNaught's serial buyer. More

Not pushing, not your fast talking hyper car sales guy at all. He helped my finish off my first purchase at McNaught 6 years ago, So Since Gord had recommended him to me, I figured he must the the Go to guy that Gord wants me to use so when I came back 6 years later for my next new car I asked for Jozef. Jozef was not in at the time I came in this 2nd time, so the sales manager engaged me while we waited for him. I told the sales manager I wanted a car that had some Go! I told him it was my business car and did like the Buick Encore, but I was reluctant with the 1.3 liter turbo.I was afraid that it would not have the passing power on the hi-way I wanted. He said it would be fine, and they started looking up what they had in stock. I also said I did not want to exceed the Mid 30's in price and would consider 1-2 years old with low mileage. As we were batting the inventory list back and froth Jozef walks in with his lunch bag in hand. " Hi Danny he says, right off." I look at him and in 1 sentence repeated I needed a work car with some Go. He says (with is complete relaxed confidence.) "You want a Verano!" He says to the sales Manager "Do we still have that white Verano that Junior was driving." The surrounding staff say. " Oh that thing is nice, loaded to the max" Then Jozef says to me " You use your car like a mobile office don't you?" I said "yes, I phone more from my car then from my home office." He says "the Verano is what you need." Once I drove it I realized everything Jozef had said was bang on. I am 54 years old and was coming from a bright yellow Pontiac G5, which I loved. What I had been looking at on line was another small sports model in some crazy bright color. (I am in the design industry and love color.) What I was doing is thinking about the car from the outside and how I would look when I drove that car. I was forgetting what I really needed. The Verano is quite, has all kinds of drive assist feature that remind me about what is going on and takes control of my phone as soon as I get in and makes it safe for me to drive and take or make calls. Jozef new before I did that I did not really want another sports car. I had been there and done that. It was time for me to move on. He know me better then I know myself. Besides, My 18 year old son had told me that "You look like a D*%*&%SH driving that yellow car dad, you should sell that thing to me." So I did!!!! More
