This is the worst customer service I have ever received for anything, let alone a major purchase. Sales staff were unprofessional and lied repeatedly to us. Nobody ever calls back and is conveniently unavailable when you require assistance. The only person who ever tried to help wasn't even our salesperson. We had to escalate to a manager and our issues still weren't resolved. Do not buy a vehicle here unless you want MONTHS of headaches, empty promises and never ending conflict. More

Initially, they treat the customer very well. Later, you realize that the different people you meet at their dealership, they make different promises without communicating with their management. They promise that the deal is made as requested by the customer. However, the time you sit in front of sales manager, you hear a different story which you have no idea about as the changes you requested your agent a long ago to be made in the deal would not be updated in the system. So the one who would be blamed at that point would be customer. That is the time when they behave rudely and inappropriately. So whenever you ask them to make changes in the deal, just make sure that those are updated else you would suffer. Agent locked 3.90% interest rate and when we went for signing the deal, they offered 4.5 %. We were furious at this because they were asking us to pay more that is when they provided us 4.9% rate.
