Car Buying at it's BEST I was interested in purchasing a 2016 Buick Encore. Visited the McNaught lot a few times to strictly look over the vehicles. I very much appreciated when I was approached by staff and told them I was browsing that they said that if I had any questions they would be happy to help. Otherwise, they left me alone to look at as many vehicles as I wanted to. More dealerships should operate with that kind of courtesy. In May 2016, I had decided upon the color and options I wanted on my Buick Encore. I dealt with Alfred Wiebe and Wei Wen. Both of these individuals were very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Every question I had was answered clearly and completely to my satisfaction. The exact vehicle I wanted was not available at the Dealership. Alfred conducted a Canada wide search and found my choice out of province. It was transported to McNaught within one week. More

Wonderful experience! In April 2016, we attended McNaught Cadillac merely for an oil change on our red 2012 Cadillac SRX. However, we were aware of their GMC promotion for In April 2016, we attended McNaught Cadillac merely for an oil change on our red 2012 Cadillac SRX. However, we were aware of their GMC promotion for test-driving a new vehicle. Sales rep, Leighton Powell dealt with us in such a personable & professional manner that we actually did 2 test drives that day. Leighton could sense our interest in their new 2016 "champagne"-coloured Cadillac SRX. (He was very good at promoting the product without making us feel it was "hard sell".) His attention to detail was outstanding! During the purchase-consideration process, Leighton introduced us to Alfred Wiebe who patiently explained the benefits of (new to us) leasing. Alfred made the offer even more enticing with several dealer incentives. Next thing we know, we traded in the 2012 & drove away as proud new owners of the 2016 SRX & we're lovin' it! Both these gents were a pleasure to deal with, especially Leighton who gave us his undivided attention every step of the way. McNaught Cadillac should be pleased to have them on their sales team & we highly recommend both of them. All in all, McNaught has always treated us kindly & we enjoy our service visits there. When Jozef emailed me to tell me the Iridium Sierra I was interested in had just arrived, I knew that my next visit would be to take it for a test drive, and make it mine. More

Awful experience with sale service It was our first time there and for sure the last one. We were there just looking to buy a new truck. We refused to give them these information and they just told us to go online for prices. That’s it. They were so rude. Very poor sale service skills. Extremely disappointing. We went across the street to the other GMC/Chevy dealer and we bought our first brand new Chevy truck! More
