A good experience I went shopping with my Dad to help him and have some fun looking for a new car. We visited other dealers and looked at competitive cars. Leighton's understanding of service and how to make the customer experience as smooth as possible is what really helped buy from McNaught. The technology in the new Cadillac and it's competition is part of the buying criteria and Leighton took the time to explain the benefits and what Cadillac Cue system had to offer. This approach to take a calm approach and understand the technology in the product they were selling was glazed over at other dealers. Leighton's approach made my Dad feel comfortable with the car and not over whelmed for the first test drive. The car is great but Leighton's approach is what made us what to come back. After sale has been even better with some training on all the features of the car and how to get the most out of them has been a great experience. A huge benefit and a step above what is out there for sales associates that we can across. The technology in the car is tremendous but to have an expert like Leighton take the time after sale and teach all the uses to someone who is not tech savvy or is and does not want to hunt to find out all the features is a great example of true customer service. As for the actual deal. That was an experience with a couple of hiccups. No major issues. A very positive experience. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that they were not able to provide what they committed to initially and that was in my estimation excitement to close the deal instead of putting it off to check if it was available. No major issue, it happens and they worked their buts off to make it right and they did. The result is we are happy with the experience and would recommend the dealer and Leighton. Oh and the car is awesome. More
