I was dealing with several dealerships, trying to get information on their vehicles. On several occasions I was unable to get any answers. I contacted McNaught about one of theirs on the web. They immediately got their sales representative Dawson to contact me with the information. I had several questions & was nervious of purchasing a vehicle unseen. Dawson was so good at making things easier for us to make the deal. He send pictures & info. etc. He offered to deliver the vehicle. I decided to pick it up instead. He offered to book our room for us to make it easier. He even drove there to show us how to make it to the hotel. The whole process was a pleasant experience! I have to be honest I was a bit hesitant as I have never purchased used vehicle without trying it first. The entire process was pleasant, courteous and professional. The vehicle was even better than described and guys came to pick me up at the airport did the presentation of the vehicle and completed paper work in record time. Suzanne explained all the options in terms of extended warranty and other services that are available in the dealership again in a very courteous manor and it did not feel pushy in any way. Leighton was very helpful and knowledgeable about vehicle although it was not a Cadillac but a BMW which made overall experience even more enjoyable.
