Absolutely wonderful, professional experience! My wife was looking for a new vehicle. We test drove a 2016 Buick Verano and it was great but had 33K kilometers on it. We checked the web and found that McNaught Buick Cadillac had several 2016 and 2017 Verano's in stock. I called the dealership, narrowed my choice to 3 vehicles and showed up about 2 hours later. The Sales Consultant, Eric Remillard, had all three vehicles parked in front of the showroom and had a best price worked out for each vehicle. To my absolute surprize we got a Wal-Mart Canada employee discount (dealer invoice price) and additional discounts for owning other GM vehicles and for a Scotiabank Visa card. Eric and Wayne Kohler were fantastic in handling the sale and transfer of the vehicle; we were in the dealership less than 1-1/2 hours TOTAL time! Eric then spent about 45 minutes in the new Verano with my wife to explain all the features, configure her phone, download the MyBuick App and ensure she was comfortable with all the features in the vehicle. Absolutely wonderful service and experience. Thank-you Eric and Wayne! More

Great! We just went to look and ended up trading in our 2011 Terrain for a 2017 Terrain Denali. Our sales person, Wei, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Naturally I was a little dubious , however when we met to view it , he was correct in all respects.Eric displayed all of the special traits needed to be an effective customer care representative.Furthermore he presented himself professionally and went beyond normal processes in order to keep us out of the wind (health issues) while viewing and commencing and ending the road test in the Service Bay indoors.He fully and clearly explained all of the features and functions and gave us a tour of the facility.We were pleased with the manner in which he made the whole experience pleasant . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Booked my truck for service & oil change! Oil change was not done. Spoke to Gord McNaught and have NEVER been spoken to in such a condescending manor! How this person is the face of the dealership is beyond me! He was so incredibly rude and ignorant it was unbelievable. We have brought our two vehicles there for service as its close to home and there has been a problem every time! They out right admitted to forgetting about us the one time ( took our car on the weekend for a recall, didn't hear back for 3 days, when I called they said " Oh I guess we forgot about you. We will look at it when we get time.)No apology from the service advisor or anything. How is that customer service?? Never in a million years would I recommend this dealer ship to anyone unless you want to be treated like crap by Gord McNaught!!!! More

Chevy Equinox My vehicle purchase was about 4 months ago. At first I was not in the market to shop, but got a call from Dawson and he suggested that I come in and My vehicle purchase was about 4 months ago. At first I was not in the market to shop, but got a call from Dawson and he suggested that I come in and take a look at what he had for sale. Once I was able to review some options with my wife, Dawson was very helpful is getting us time to test drive the cars. In the end we decided to purchase a 2010 Chevy Equinox. This car was an upgrade from our previous car and we enjoy driving it everyday. Dawson contacted us regularly to see how we felt about our purchase and if we were completely satisfied. Prior to us picking up the vehicle the sales team repaired a few items that we had noted while we had the car for a test drive. This was taken care of by Claude and Glen. Both ensured the items we noted were dealt with right away and we didn't have to wait long for the correction. The communication was great and I appreciated them letting me know what was happening even though the deal wasn't 100% complete. My only issue during this process was when we came to settle on the final price with the sales team and secure financing the math used during the negotiations didn't add up to what the final price was once we discussed with the finance group. Details were ironed out and we ended up getting the vehicle and are still pleased we did. Update: We have had to bring the car in now for some substantial repairs and Dawson will be reviewing to see what the sales team can do for me to help lower the cost of repairs. More
