IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE Thank you Bobby and Rob for helping us make the decision to buy the used 2016 Buick Enclave instead of choosing a 2017 as we do like the 2018's but wa Thank you Bobby and Rob for helping us make the decision to buy the used 2016 Buick Enclave instead of choosing a 2017 as we do like the 2018's but want to wait to see how they look, drive, etc, before we buy. We drove an Enclave for 9 years and totally liked the vehicle therefore after trying out many other vehicles we decided on this Enclave. The gentlemen we very helpful with our decision. They made us very comfortable in choosing this vehicle and will definitely be back at McNaught's to try out the 2018's next year. We are about 150 Km away from the dealership so just wanted to stop in to see what was on the lot. After much discussion with Rob we decided to travel back to Wpg. to purchase the 2016 Enclave. Bobby explained all the features and showed me how to navigate the CUE system and showed how all the bells and whistles work on the Cadillac SRX Premium and believe me....this Cadillac has all the bells and whistles. Bobby also set up my phone through Bluetooth and set me up with OnStar and XM radio. .Also Financial specialist Wayne Kohler came up with an extended warranty based on my needs and made signing all the paperwork a pleasant experience.
