Roxanne in the service department is wonderful! Unfortunately when I went to buy out my vehicle after my lease no one would call me back. I called 4 times over a period of 3 weeks and left messages Unfortunately when I went to buy out my vehicle after my lease no one would call me back. I called 4 times over a period of 3 weeks and left messages for different staff each time. Finally I had to go through Roxanne to get someone to contact me. The person who we dealt with needed to be asked questions multiple time’s before providing answers (for example, how much should the bank draft be written out for?). When it came time to complete the paperwork he was not prepared. Forgot about our meeting after making it the day prior and then was surprised we asked for a receipt for the bank draft. On another note, just about leasing from McNaught in general, was that I was called incessantly once my lease was 18 months out from completion, often more than once per day. I politely asked multiple times to be removed from the call list as I knew I would be purchasing out the vehicle but the calls never stopped. Even on the day before I bought the vehicle, I received two sales calls trying to convince me to re-lease a newer model! The 2 stars are for Roxanne because she is just that good. More
