Had my tires changed over to my winter ones and requested for them NOT to be put in my car, they went ahead and did that anyway, leaving salt stains on my brand new leather seats. Long story short, nobody could be reached via phone/ email to answer why this was done. Still haven’t heard from the manager of the dealership after 4 + months. Very disappointed. More

After a lengthy repair the vehicle was finally ready. Heard everything under the sun. Not once, not twice, but three times was told it would be guaranteed ready by this date. Asked for a few questions about repair from sales and was never answered. Sales person was below average. Wasn’t able to get me everything we’d agreed upon. Live and learn from this. Have had easier, better, faster transactions through marketplace or Kijiji. First and last time using this sales person and or dealer. Vehicles sell themselves and this one was evident of that. More
