I first bought a GMC terrain in November 2023 (new car). Since the first day I bought the vehicle, the electronic system was constantly malfunctioning, I took it to the dealer and dealer service many times, Since the first day I bought the vehicle, the electronic system was constantly malfunctioning, I took it to the dealer and dealer service many times, and although my vehicle has a warranty, they wanted $200 maintenance fee each time and I refused it. There are very professional games being played within the dealership, the sales consultant, finance and even the general manager are part of this game. Everything for them is until they sell the vehicle, after that the customer is garbage for them!!! They rejected all my requests, then they trade-in my vehicle (but for a fee) Again there were problems and again they were not interested. I call and e-mail, no answer!!! They can't call it a lie, I have a record of all the documents. For your information.Good Luck More
This Dealership is nothing but Crooks and the worst Service I have ever got. I would never buy anything from these guys nor tell anyone to ever buy from these guys. They sold me a car with a messed up Service I have ever got. I would never buy anything from these guys nor tell anyone to ever buy from these guys. They sold me a car with a messed up Motor and now they are ignoring all my emails, texts, etc. I have emailed the GM and the Sales GM and nothing but crickets. I have called and left messages and still nothing. They don't care about you once they have your money! I tried getting out of the purchase a few hours after because I suspected something was wrong but they told me it's too late and wouldn't accommodate in any way. I found empty beer cans stuffed under the passenger seat after they said they cleaned the vehicle! They also took a bigger deposit on my Visa without authorization. I gave them authorization for a certain amount and they took double that amount. Nothing but excuses when I confronted them about it and again didn't care. Don't trust this dealership. They will screw you over the second they get a chance! McNaught Buick GMC I am still waiting on your response??? I tried calling again today! Left a message but still no call back. Unreal! More
What started out as an amazing sales experienced became one of the poorest experiences that I have had. As soon as signature was on paper for my 2024 Lyriq it became like pulling teeth working with the s one of the poorest experiences that I have had. As soon as signature was on paper for my 2024 Lyriq it became like pulling teeth working with the sales group. My car came in and we were supposed to bring our trade in and get our Lyriq. Due to lack of communication the PDI didn’t get done on the car. They called me to come in, so not sure how they couldn’t figure it out. At least they gave us one off the lot to drive until our car was ready since they took our trade. Amazingly it took close to a week to get our car because they had to charge it to 80%. They have a few chargers on site and it doesn’t take that long to charge, strange. We get our car, get our wine basket, they threw in some car floor liners for our troubles. Then there was our deposit. $500 to hold the car. We took it back on delivery. That didn’t come back the first try. Seemed strange that a refund to our credit card didn’t work. Three weeks later it still didn’t get returned. Our sales manager wasn’t there any more so called the manager that we worked with. No answer and no return call when I left a message. I went into the dealership and met the worst Senior Sales Manager ever, Joe, but didn’t know it at the time. He says no problem but he couldn’t do it that day because accounting was closed. He says that he will call me at the beginning of the next week and get my credit card to return the deposit. Guess what, no call and sadly I wasn’t surprised. Finally called our salesman the following week and finally a couple days later he says we have to come in to get a cheque. Not sure why it won’t be returned to our card once again, especially when Joe was going to do it. It will be ready in two day, well it wasn’t. A few more days and nothing. So a week later I go in again and Joe happens to be there. I ask about my cheque and it isn’t ready. In a very arrogant and condescending tone, Joe says to me, “I said I would call you when it’s ready, like I had already told you.” I then said to him that the dealership has very poor customer service and fails to communicate, as well I said, “you told me over a week ago that you were actually going to call me 3 days later and return it to my credit card.” Dead silence. There were customers in the dealership so I kept calm and quiet. He said if I wanted it on my card he could do that. We went to his office, I re iterated how I felt about the experience and their poor communication and hoped that it would be better going forward. All he could say was yes. This is a senior sales manager and I don’t even get an apology for my experience. I left the dealership and felt like I was basically a pain customer and how dare I expect my $500 back in any kind of timely manner. Next my loan didn’t get properly paid out and a month after the purchase a payment came out on my trade in. This was because of the cyber issue that went on and the new finance manager explains to me when I call that he has been telling clients that this may happen. Apparently I’m not a client that they felt like telling. As I reflected on everything that went on, all I could think about is how I was told that Cadillac was so customer oriented, all the perks of joining that family. Basket of wine for the purchase. Treated amazingly, customer first. What a joke. I decided to call Cadillac. Very nice customer service person who seemed helpful. They were going to contact McNaught to call me. I have been waiting a month for that to happen. Proves they really don’t care about customers. I will never go back to their dealership again, not for service or anything. At least I have another dealership in Winnipeg that I can go to. This is my first Cadillac purchase out of a pile of GM vehicles over the years. Very disappointing experience and at the end of the day, although they all say they care, they don’t. I rated then 3 stars only because I do like the Lyriq a lot just not McNaught. More
THE WORST VEHICLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I bought a 2018 GMC Sierra at the end of September, 2023. It all started with the salesman making statements that were never followed through on, tel I bought a 2018 GMC Sierra at the end of September, 2023. It all started with the salesman making statements that were never followed through on, telling me he’d get the dents and other small issues fixed on it next time I came back to the dealership for service, but telling me not to say anything to anyone about this so that he doesn’t get in trouble. He also said he’d get $1,500 off the listed price for me if I put a deposit on it that week, and that never happened either. He bounced out of that dealership and moved to Calgary shortly after I bought the vehicle, so no skin off his back. A month after purchasing, the transmission failed, and fortunately, this was covered under their warranty, because it would have cost over $6,000 to fix. I brought my vehicle back in December to get the struts on the box cap door replaced, as agreed upon during purchase (they were waiting for the parts to come in). When they returned the vehicle to me, the door no longer latched closed, it popped open before I got out of the parking lot. They had the vehicle for an extra day to fix this. I drove the vehicle for 3 days after it was in the shop for this, and suddenly the dash was lighting up again. I got it towed to the dealership and they wanted “only” $10,279 for a used engine or over $16,000 plus tax for a new one. Of course, it was just out of warranty, so this was not covered. They failed to ever provide me with the 150+ point inspection that the dealership boasts and that I was quoted $799 for upon purchase. They told me they offered me a post-transmission warranty when they did that work and that I denied it, but that absolutely did not happen because I was stood up in the parking lot by Mike Del Grosso that morning when I came to the dealership to return the loaner vehicle and get my truck back (his idea to make this arrangement with me on Remembrance Day weekend while the dealership was closed). I also contacted GMC directly when the engine failed to share my GMC vehicle experience. They have been “investigating my case” for over a month and have followed up with me 13 times so far, to let me know they are still investigating. I told the dealership I couldn’t afford to fix the vehicle and I was not interested in a trade. I bought the truck for over $34,000 on September 30th and the vehicle has been sitting in their shop since January 16th. I just settled a deal for them to buy the truck back from me for $27,000 last week. They initially offered me $22,000 and I fought to get what I got. Save yourself a ton of stress and money and don’t buy a vehicle from here. More

This dealership has some very unprofessional people working for them. I emailed them after reviewing their listing of a 2019 Escalade. Since I am from Alberta, I had to rely on the information I was be working for them. I emailed them after reviewing their listing of a 2019 Escalade. Since I am from Alberta, I had to rely on the information I was being provided by their sales agent. I specifically asked if the vehicle has any damage. I was informed it was a clean vehicle and no issue. I asked if the vehicle needed any work like breaks, rotors or tires as these things must be in good shape along with engine and transmission. I was assured everything was good. So I went ahead with the deal and gave all my info to their finance manager. Who doesn’t reply to emails. Very unprofessional and lack of courtesy. So everything is set and done. I decide to fly to Winnipeg and pick up the vehicle. I arrive at the dealership and the vehicle I choose pulls up. I was completely shocked to see the vehicle had damage all over. There were big dents in quarter panel, there was rust on edges. Scratches all around the vehicle like it was vandalized. It was such a disappointment to see the vehicle in that shape. Anyhow, we went ahead and made a deal after the dealership decided to offer some compensation to repair the dents. Drove the vehicle to Alberta and here are the unresolved issues so far: The finance manager had added a $3000 gap insurance which I cancelled within 24 hours. I was told that the bank I financed from will receive the amount. Till date, it’s been over a month and they have not received the money. The vehicle required new tires, breaks and rotors to legally pass the inspection. The suspension on the front is leaking. The vehicle is bouncing all over due to faulty suspension. There was only one remote that works in this vehicle. The right side mirror doesn’t fold electronically just like the left side mirror. This vehicle purchase that costed me roughly $76,000 has left me unhappy, stressed and with issues I have to deal with that will cost time and money. Poor customer service, poor and unprofessional ways of doing business. I hope the owner of the business reads this review. More

Had my tires changed over to my winter ones and requested for them NOT to be put in my car, they went ahead and did that anyway, leaving salt stains on my brand new leather seats. Long story short, nobody could be reached via phone/ email to answer why this was done. Still haven’t heard from the manager of the dealership after 4 + months. Very disappointed. More
