100% satisfied with our new car and experience we are giving 100% because Dolly listened to our needs and understood what car would be the best fit for us. we bought a new cx3 and we got our car ea we are giving 100% because Dolly listened to our needs and understood what car would be the best fit for us. we bought a new cx3 and we got our car early- we did not feel pressured and no time was wasted. all of questions were answered, and there is no "cheap car sales man vibe". Our experience at Mazda of Toronto and the new CX3 that we bought outbeat strong competitors which include the Audi X3 and the Lexus NX. We are very happy with our overall experience. More

After waiting for two hours, we were told it would cost $700-$800 for a wheel alignment and other work they found "needed to be done". The warranty expired a few months ago and suddenly lots of repairs are needed. We felt we had no choice but to approve the additional work, waited six hours in total and the final bill came to over $1,500. When my wife tried to ask about missing tire rims, she was rudely dismissed. We had no choice but to pay the final bill, but we are considering taking them to small claims court for the misrepresentation and contacting the news media. It's disgusting the way they treat their customers, especially women. More

Sales rep assured us that it can be done but price kept changing (getting higher) the longer we stayed in the dealership. They try to find and use any excuse they can to increase the price! We walked out and decided to eliminate Mazda from our shortlist. Being a previous owner of a Mazda vehicle, this experience definitely makes us think twice before purchasing another Mazda vehicle. The automotive market is now very competitive - there is hardly something that one car offers that another competing model does not have. What differentiates one from the other comes down to professionalism and great customer service.... and this dealership has none of those attributes. Definitely do not recommend this place! More
Taking Care of Your Car Shouldn't Take Over Your Life … Mazda of Toronto where the customer is ALWAYS ….ooops I mean NEVER Right! I been taking my car for service at this centre since I bought it, about 4 Mazda of Toronto where the customer is ALWAYS ….ooops I mean NEVER Right! I been taking my car for service at this centre since I bought it, about 4 years ago. I love my car, probably the best car I've ever owned, wouldn't hesitate to buy another Mazda….next time round. My salesperson - M. Fahad was exemplary in his product knowledge, reception, polite manner and was very accommodating. Would rate him a 15 out of 10 in performance! A friend of mine bought 2 more cars from him based on my recommendation of Fahad's expertise as a sales person just after my purchase. Historically, my experience with the service department has been that I was always treated respectfully and felt that I could trust the service completed as well as those at the reception desk to be honest and fair. Lois was a gem!!! My experience on October 18th and 19th was far from satisfactory. Initially when booking the appointment over the phone, I was told that the service would take an hour. When arriving to drop off the car I was told it would be a least 2 hours. When I asked who I was speaking with on the phone to book the appointment, Vic the receptionist responded: "Doesn't matter who told you that!" I said: "It sure does matter, if I'm asking the question!" Over the course of the next few hours, Vic proceeded with a litany of services totally $1050…before tax. When I asked him to tell me which services were essential…his response: "It's up to you. You're the customer. You don't have to get any of it done if you don't want to." At that point I asked to speak to the service manager …I got the Customer Relations Manager - Bill. His passive aggressive manner, his condescending tone of voice and sarcastic remarks were very much in line with his underling Vic. When all was said and done I was billed $591.50 a far cry from the original quote of $1050 plus tax!. The reduction in fees came from Bill, after much convincing on my part, due to the lack of satisfaction I experienced, and the inexcusable reception I received. I might hazard a guess that this was an attempt on the part of Bill to somewhat acknowledge and somewhat accept some responsibility for the events that transpired over the course of transaction. When I asked Mazda Canada and Mazda of Toronto to send me a customer survey, both refused. Raj Hanjra at Mazda Canada was noncommittal, evasive and generally uninterested in any of my concerns. George Epitropou, dealership owner, was kept in the loop in terms of my dissatisfaction, through email correspondence (cc'd) and has yet to acknowledge my concerns. Quite frankly, I find the leadership skills at Mazda lacking to say the least. The inexcusable behaviour and immaturity of those mentioned in this report quite liken those of a "gang of grade 8 boys" who need to be taught a lesson in manners, use of appropriate tone of voice and humility. Nightmare at Mazda of Toronto We came to buy a car from Mazda of Toronto, in the beginning the interaction with the Sales Rep went well and he offered us a special price for a demo We came to buy a car from Mazda of Toronto, in the beginning the interaction with the Sales Rep went well and he offered us a special price for a demo car and told us we would get even more discount if we talked directly to his Sales Manager. However, the Sales Manager has gone home for the day, driving the demo car to commute from home to office, so we had to come back the next day. The next day, we met directly with the Sales Manager (Rana Khan) and this is where the nightmare began! First, he didn’t honour the price given by the Sales Rep, but instead quoted a higher price and gave a bunch of xxxxxxxxx about losing money selling the car at that price. He repeatedly said he lost money selling the car at that price, and smartly misled us to believe we got a real bargain, so we took the deal anyway and paid $1000 for deposit. After we went home and evaluated the contract again, we found out that actually we’ve been tricked by Rana Khan by agreeing to pay the full price of a new car (without any discount) for a demo car which was technically a USED car. Hence, we decided to cancel the deal and called the Dealer right away. When we talked with Rana Khan about cancelling the deal, things got even worse!!! Instead of refunding our deposit, Rana threatened to penalize us for cancelling the deal. First, he threatened to charge us the difference if the future selling price of the car is lower than our agreed price. (How reasonable is that?) Second, he said he would also charge us the hours spent by his Sales Rep plus administrative fees as well. In short, he threatened to penalize us much more than $1000 as a fine for cancelling the deal. WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!! Will never recommend this dealer to anybody! More

We were completely d Mazda of Toronto, My wife and I are extremely unsatisfied customers. We have never experienced such horrible customer service. We were completely disrespected by you and your employees from your location. We came to your dealership, looking at several cars we researched in hopes to find something we could take home as soon as possible. You showed us a car that arrived that day, one in which we were extremely pleased with. You provided us with a price in which we were extremely happy with. However, oddly enough when we came back to make a payment, we weren't able to do so for some undisclosed reason, HOWEVER, one of your salesmen stated that the car was reserved and was ours. We were told to come in the next day, and when we called to speak with our representative to book an appointment to see her, to ensure no other appointments would coincide with ours, she said she would call us back. She never did. We decided to show up, and we find out the car can no longer be sold to us at that price because, as stated by your sales rep, “We made a mistake in price, but we can sell it to you for $2000 more than what we asked for”. If you’ve made a mistake, that is something internal that’s between yourselves as a company must deal with, however we expect our deal to be honoured. I understand that a mistake was made, and unfortunately for whatever reason, you are unable to budge on the price that was originally provided, however when speaking to the sales manager at this location, we were completely disrespected. Not once, did he apologize for the mistake, rather saying “I don’t know, I wasn’t here, I don’t know what happened”. This is your company, as a manager it is your responsibility to clean up a mess made by your employees. Not only was he not giving us the time of day, he rarely gave eye contact, rather was more interested in looking at his computer screen, as oppose to pay attention to us and the situation. Had the car arrived that day, and you did not have the appropriate information, we should have been informed of this. We specifically asked why the price was so cheap and we were told it was an internal price. We come back to pay and are told we are not allowed this price? Disgusting! More
