The sales person was super friendly before the sale, and everyone throughout the process was extremely friendly. My husband and I really felt like, even though they wouldn't negotiate on the used car we wer everyone throughout the process was extremely friendly. My husband and I really felt like, even though they wouldn't negotiate on the used car we were buying, the service was worth it. BUT once the paperwork was signed and financing was approved, we discovered that the "extended warranty" that he clearly stated was still good, was in fact EXPIRED according to our Audi dealer when we took the car in for our check-up! Upon repeated calls and emails, the sales person at Mazda at first said that it was Audi's fault for misinforming them when they received the car, and he made promises to make us happy. To make it right. Then he changed his story and told me and my husband that we misunderstood them about the warranty! They then promised to give us a deal on a Mazda extended warranty for the mess-up, and they delayed an update stating that they are working on the paperwork. Then he was on vacation, then his boss was on vacation.... And when we did get an email back, it was to say he is sorry for the delay but still working on the paperwork. Repeated follow-ups and calls later always leaving messages, no one ever answered. When we finally were able to reach the Sales Director, he claimed that the sale was complete and the file "closed". The absolute worst after-sale experience ever! The most dishonest group of people. All they want is your money. Empty promises! By far the worst dealer we have experienced in our lives! Be warned.
