He Redondo to my inquiries even on his days off from the dealership. He goes out of his way to always greet me at the dealership, even when I am dealing with someone else. He follows up to ensure everything is good regarding any work I had done. He truly is the epitome of what customer service should be. More

Was interested in buying a new Toyota. Walked into the dealership NO One greeted us or was willing to acknowledge that we had come in. There were sales staff around but on their phones a Walked into the dealership NO One greeted us or was willing to acknowledge that we had come in. There were sales staff around but on their phones and did not come to us. We approached the used car sales person to try and get some help. He went to get a new sales person and we waited 10 minutes and finally left. Thanks for making the decision for me to NOT buy a Toyota. This is the second Toyota dealership to display this kind of rudeness. There are many other reliable car makers on the market to buy from. Can not complete the rating as no one talked to us about a car. More

Wonderful service department. Was out of town and power window on 2022 failed. Toyota dealership elsewhere told me could not be repaired and I would need to drive with window ha Was out of town and power window on 2022 failed. Toyota dealership elsewhere told me could not be repaired and I would need to drive with window half way up for weeks as part was back order. This truely wonderful service department was able to do repair on my new car without having to replace part. They know their cars and I am glad all 7 of my vehicles have been purchased from that location.
