I kept saying I want to leave, he just doesn't let me go, by not returning my personal belongings. At the end, I got zero discount from the MSRP, and the resale value of my trade-in is 70% quoted from another Subaru dealer. I have got the same experience during auto financing. The guy kept asking me to buy extended warranty, rust proof, etc. I kept saying I don't want it, many times. He just doesn't proceed with the process, and keep pushing me to buy something. At the end, I bought the rust proof, at a price 3x times quoted from auto shop. This is my third time I buy Toyota, from different dealers. The first 2 times there were no issues, so thinking I can trust any Toyota dealer. I really want to see if anything can be done in my case, without going further outside the dealer. More

I have this brand new car for 3 months this 28th of May, white color,just have a car wash two days ago, on the invoice, they mentioned that my car was dirty when received, can not find any other damages under dirt. I just have my car wash two days ago and did not use it anywhere except home and pick up my son from school, they find my car dirty after washing it? Very inaccurate note and so offending. If I tested another hybrid, I must find the difference.The noise became greater and greater and they found the bearing of front passenger wheel was broken. They quoted me $800 to fix it after charging me 70 for checking. Then I replaced the bearing somewhere else with a non-genius part and found the car is crazy crazy crazy quiet afterwards, even quieter than I test-drived it. Then I realized that something was already wrong with the bearing when I test-drive the car. The problem should be noticed by a qualified machanic as the difference between good and bad bearing is so obvious.They just delivered the car to me even they said the car will be checked before delivery. I suffered the annoying noise and dangerous driving for over six months. Anyone plan to buy a car here should be careful. More

Since then, we have had more than one problem with the car and Bradley has been rude and dismissive every single time we have had to deal with him. He had literally told us stories about their high standards and all these wonderful things just to make the sale. He has no accountability and took no ownership for deceiving us into buying the car. We had escalated this situation to Brent, the Sales manager, who was only slightly better to deal with. If you absolutely must buy a car from Markville Toyota, please make sure that you check everything beforehand and if they make any promises to you, get them in writing! They are not trustworthy and will shamelessly go back on their word. More
