Had to leave the car overnight which was unexpected. Rod promptly tried to help diagnose the problem and he had a quick discussion with the technician to address the issue. I waited another 40 minutes in the waiting area, and it was completed to my satisfaction. They did not charge extra for this service. More
Becarefull before signing any deal with them. They lie to grab you from the neck. This is significant because it’s the last thing that should be significant. Bought my QX60 directly from this dealership. I just called them for service. I got the automated menu and dialed 1 for ser should be significant. Bought my QX60 directly from this dealership. I just called them for service. I got the automated menu and dialed 1 for service, sat on hold for 5 minutes after which a young female voice answers identifying herself as Ajax Hyundai!! I advise I was calling Markham Infiniti to which the young lady transfers my call to them as though they are just another department in the same company. Reception kindly puts me through to Kevin who asks for my “phone number on file” and once given, he confirms my name. Then he proceeds to ask for the vin number of my car, year, model and plate. When I remind him I bought the car there and they should have this on file, he makes the excuse that their system is down…So how did he confirm my name from my phone number?? So with a phone system that’s screwing up and a service manager whose systems are down I felt this was not the day to arrange anything with them. I did review many of the reviews here and noted that many of Markham Infiniti’s responses spanning years seemed to have had identical wording. More
