Sam was beyond amazing and spent so much time answering all my questions! I never felt pressured and I loved how passionate he was about finding the "right" one just for me. Once I chose my new vehicle, he hooked me up with Stella who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant. Both of these individuals stayed late after closing time to ensure we had everything we needed. I never felt rushed which was quite awesome. Upon pick up of my new wheels, Sam not only had it ready to go, but was there to greet me and see me off! 2nd car 1st experience was seamless. Jim Grey (who is no longer there) was amazing. Pretty hard to beat. 2nd time around not so seamless. Sales person was aw 1st experience was seamless. Don't remember being told that but anyways was told would get a quote on a key and we could split the cost 3 ways. Still have not heard anything has been 2 weeks. Noticed a small chip in my windshield the next day so called in to report it. (was dark when I picked car up and I know I never got it driving home) called lady that helped with my final sale and also sales person. was told I would hear from service in order to get the problem fixed. Well again has been 2 weeks and nothing. I will wait another few days and call to see if they have forgotten about me now that the deal is done. Bad taste starting to come on here. Mark Wilson has some great cars for sure. More
