I called to arrange for the exchange and I must say, the process was incredibly easy. Everyone I dealt with at Wilson's, both during the initial sale and the exchange was helpful and respectful. I will definitely go back when it's time for another car. In fact, when I called my insurance company to make the change, the young lady I spoke with indicated she would be looking for a used car soon. Although she lives in Mississauga, I told her it would be worth the drive to Guelph to go to Wilson's. Thanks to all who were involved in my purchase! More
