We subsequently recommended Wilson's to our friends who then also purchased from them. For our third vehicle we were comfortable enough that we were able to discuss our needs over the phone with Mr.Khan who ,with the help of Mellissa Verrette, found the right vehicle and completed all the paperwork including new plates .In the end the owner’s son even took time out to explain some of the many options available on the vehicle to make this a most enjoyable transaction. It’s nice to know there is a used car sales staff you can really trust. More

UNIMPRESSED!!! VERY POOR customer service!!! So many times I was told, "promised" that a call back would be done for a certain time and they did not meet their own VERY POOR customer service!!! MOREOVER, please very cautious with their trade-in offers!!! I have found that other dealerships are willing to be much more generous with your trade-in!!! I have seen that many others have enjoyed their time with this dealership, nevertheless, use my words as caution from smoke & mirrors of all the praise from this site for them!!! Diligence in service My daughter bought a 2013 Elantra, and found that once she had a chance to do extended highway driving, there was a subtle pull to the left. After an My daughter bought a 2013 Elantra, and found that once she had a chance to do extended highway driving, there was a subtle pull to the left. After an initial fix of a dragging brake, the pull was so subtle that the Wilson folks had a hard time reproducing it; it was only noticeable at highway speeds, and they are quite a ways from the 401. It turned out the be an elusive problem to fix. They tried alignment, tire rotation, and tire replacement over a couple of visits. Though this was a bit frustrating, I always got the impression that the staff at Wilson service were most interested in seeing that we were satisfied with the car we bought. Finally, Steve suggested that we bring it to our mechanic, for which he would pay for an hour of work, or we could see if a set of winter tires would fix the problem, in which case he would pay for replacing the last two summer tires. In the end, the car is driving straight, and Wilson has gone above and beyond, at their expense, to see that we were satisfied. More
