poor customer service from the beginning went to wilsons after finding a vehicle I was looking for online...waited a very long time for the salesman to come out to deal with me..he was first went to wilsons after finding a vehicle I was looking for online...waited a very long time for the salesman to come out to deal with me..he was first contact via email so no others would talk to you or help out. after test drive we looked at the carfax and seen that there had been a $7600 repair done to the car. I was no longer interested at that point but the salesman continued to try and push the car my way while someone else was off in my car taking a very long time doing a trade in evaluation..all to get extremely lowballed on my car.. after that I continually received emails asking if I was still interested in the car after asking why, I was told by the salesman that his secretary was sending them. a week later I made the mistake of returning to look at another car.drove it then returned a few days later to purchase the car..when we checked it out the second time we found that it had been damaged on the lot between visits...manager didn't want to see it and salesman said they would repair it but it would not be as good as before the damage but would be satisfactory and they would not adjust the price on the car seeing as it was now a repaired car and not of the same quality. while doing up the paperwork they spring on me an additional $389 brokerage fee whatever that is..i backedout of the deal because they would not remove the fee from the sale. I paid a deposit through interact but after backing out of the deal I was told I could only get my deposit back via snail mail when they got around to it. over a week later and several; emails and I still have no confirmation that my deposit is on it"s way... no I would not buy here and would not recommend this dealership to anyone More

Good cars, great people. Disappointed about some deatils The car was great and value was good I believe. What I was really not impressed with was the lack of attention to some details. I bought a high end car with some expectations, but Wilson's fell through when it came to details after the purchase. The car manual was missing, along with a battery cover for one of the headphones. The DVD player remote is also missing. One of the two keys was not programmed correctly and cannot operate the car remotely. That's a lot of problems if you expect to provide good service other than just "a good price". On the flip side, we did get brand new tires installed along with a new battery. I am grateful for this.
