However the vehicle that I purchased was in need of repair, thank goodness for the thirty day warranty. The software needed updating and the front wheel brakes were shot. Service at Mark Wilson's was great in replacing that for me, but couldn't these things have easily been done prior to my purchase of the vehicle? Perhaps those kind of things take longer to diagnose. In the end I'm happy with the update in my mode of transportation. More

Miguel was super pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We arrived at the dealership with a few cars in mind to test drive, but after going through the pamphlet, decided we wanted to check out other vehicles as well. Miguel did not rush us or pressure us into getting anything and was very patient as we test drove 6 cars (spending most of our afternoon there). We decided we wanted to purchase a 2012 Mazda 3. We had some small problems that occurred when picking up the vehicle, but the staff and service has been phenomenal and helpful with all issues ensuring they are dealt with in a correct manner. We've had our Mazda 3 now for about 2 and a half weeks and are loving it. Thanks to all staff involved in this transaction and to Miguel for his above and beyond customer service! We will definitely consider going back there when we decide to purchase another vehicle :) More

The reason I waited was to allow me some time to wash and wax the car, drive it and test it, and learn about all of the features. Having done all of that, I am completely satisfied with the car I purchased and with the excellent customer service from Rod and Liz at Wilson's. I live 400 km away from them, and have never bought a car from somewhere so far away before. But Rod went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with it. I like that I can watch a video of a walk-through of the car on their site, that I can see the CarFax report, that they use a very fair price that I don't have to dicker back and forth on. In addition to that, I had a local mechanic in Guelph look at the car, he made a couple of recommendations, and Wilson't looked after it. I took the train to Guelph and Rod picked me up at the train station, and the vehicle was ready to go. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from Wilson's again in the future. They have a great selection, excellent prices, fabulous customer service, and I feel like you get tremendous value for money there. More

To this day, I remain extremely pleased with my purchase. Over the last few years, I appreciate the follow up communication I have received regarding my purchase. Both the dealership and my original salesperson, Rod Sider have gone "the extra mile" to ensure that I was informed regarding "recall notices" as issued by Hyundai Canada. I recently had a pleasant conversation with Rod and look forward to seeing their expanded facility. As I stated in my initial review, these people treat you like family and care about your satisfaction unlike most other dealerships who only care about their last sale. Our sales rep, Ron Harris was incredibly patient while I test drove several vehicles over a couple of days. I never felt pressured at any point and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Once I selected a vehicle he went out of his way to make sure all my concerns regarding the vehicle were taken care of immediately.
