By far the greatest experience purchasing a vehicle ever!! Never at any point did we feel pressure to make a purchase. Talk about Speedy! I just picked up my new vehicle today I was son happy with how quick it was! I spoke with Jason Beyer over emails all morning and by 8pm that night I I just picked up my new vehicle today I was son happy with how quick it was! I spoke with Jason Beyer over emails all morning and by 8pm that night I was approved and sold he was so great and quick on replies! The experience of buying was greathe at the beginning and in the end the middle with financing was a little rough I felt very pressured on getting extended warranty. I have always been against the extended warranties even though it added a slight bit more of a cost monthly with financing the lady I dealt with kept telling me this is a no brainer and it was just pennies after I repeatedly said I really can't afford anymore so I signed to getting it and left but emailed after to cancel after because I didn't want to deal with the face to face pressure. Besides that the financing was great I think she just came on too strongly with warranty in the end it's my issue if I got it or not! Overall I really enjoyed the experience I came in on Wednesday night and my vehicle was ready on a Friday afternoon! Good job Mark Wilson another happy customer! More

Starting at the front door with the friendly welcoming admin staff, as well as dealing with the service and sales managers Most of all, the person that came through on top was our Sales Representative Miguel Juan! It was our second time dealing with him and there is no one else I would rather do business with than him. He absolutely looked after our best interests from the start of the transaction to the completion. It was like we were long lost friends when we came in for our third vehicle and just picked up on our conversation where we left off. Miguel is most definitely a valuable asset to the Mark Wilsons team and I truly recommend giving him a call if your ever in the need for great quality used vehicle! He went above and beyond to make sure that we left with the vehicle we wanted and that we were totally satisfied. Not the best experience We arranged to purchase a car over the phone and made a 5 hour trip to come pick it up. When we arrived, the car salesmen went on his lunch, which I u We arranged to purchase a car over the phone and made a 5 hour trip to come pick it up. When we arrived, the car salesmen went on his lunch, which I understand, but no one else was made available to us. When we went to sign financing paper work, multiple items on the paperwork, including the sale price of the car, financing rate and spelling of my last name, were incorrect. It was also a Friday afternoon, and we felt that we were being rushed out very quickly. So much so, that we actually left without paying the down payment (an oversight on all of our parts). Thirty minutes later, while driving a voicemail was left by the individual in financing that we worked with. When we had originally put a $500 hold on our the car, we used a credit card. The individual in financing went ahead and put a $2000 down payment on the same credit card without verifying with me that the credit card was the payment method we wanted to use, or if it was ok that they did so. I feel that was the most unprofessional action of the day, and that it was done so more to protect themselves from being in trouble. I feel they should have admitted to the mistake and waited for my confirmation that they could put such a large sum of money through on my credit card. The car is good. The cost was fair. The experience was not something we would repeat. We will not be returning to Wilsons and hope that future customers have a better experience. I leave this post not to whine, complain or to cry foul, but to encourage the employees (if they recognize themselves in this story) to continue to strive to provide better service, and to accept that mistakes happen and they should not react the way that they did. The payment on the credit card without asking really did turn me off from returning to this dealership in the future. More

Jason, our Sales Associate was very pleasant and able to answer all our questions. Kim, our Business Manager, was very personable, quick and efficient. I did not have an appointment to pick up the car but when I approached the desk, I was met with a smiling Receptionist, who was quick to assign us a different Business Manager, Shari (Kim not working that day) to finalize the deal and get me on my way with my new car. Shari was excellent. Rod escorted me to my new car, took the time to point out a few features, including having the seat warmer turned for me!
