It was in perfect condition with low KMs and no accidents and the price was lower than everywhere else I went. The service provided to me by the sales representatives, in particular by Brent and and Michael, was excellent, as was the service provided by Jeff in Finance, and by their delivery coordinator Debby. The dealership atmosphere is very friendly, and they patiently and kindly let me come back multiple times and test drive 10+ cars until I found exactly what I wanted. I love the policy that they have in which they select the fairest price possible for each vehicle, with no haggling and no hassles at the time of purchase. I always dread the hard sell at the end, but at Mark Wilson's there is none of that. What you see is what you get. :) Amazing experience! Thanks guys. More

When we went back a few days later I ended up test driving a Hyundai Veloster Turbo and traded in my old Elantra for it. Rick is incredibly knowledgable in the auto industry and we couldn't have asked for a better sales person. After finishing up my sale both Debbie and Kim made things so easy for me to finalize things. Had my new car ready to go for the long weekend! More

Still in Shock!!!!!!! Unbelievable service!!!!!We developed clunk in the front end within a day of driving and saw condensation in the taillight....fixed!!!! No problem! We purchased a vehicle with an after market starter and only one key...we were not happy with the way the process of that feature worked and really need a second key. No problem.....we were reimbursed on the spot for the key....but the removal of the starter was another story! On the Friday of a long weekend we were given a spotless courtesy car with fuel, without asking. The car was ready on Sunda, since we were away we kept the car till Tuesday no questions asked. The service we received and witnessed with other customers is above and beyond. Patience and a desire to deliver the best to the customer is evident in all they do. Sincere thanks to all. More

Beverlee is the cool version of the used car salesperson! No pressure, no cheesy one liners, no crap. She asked what we would like to test drive and made suggestions of vehicles we wouldn't have thought to try. She set us up in each vehicle and sent us on our way to give them all spin. Sales advisor at Mark Wilson's, Rick, was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and givi I bought Mazda5 from Mark Wilson's in July 2016. Sales advisor at Mark Wilson's, Rick, was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and giving details on warranty etc. We were little concerned with the brakes (it being a daily rental), but Rick helped us get a new set of brakes & brand new tires too. Shari and Alexa helped in getting delivery of car was quickly with all the documents in place on time. It was an awesome buying experience overall, I enjoyed the care and personal attention given by the staff at Mark Wilsons! Will definitely recommend Mark Wilson's for the wide variety of cars and good service. More
