Started off with great interactions with the internet sales coordinator Elizabeth and sales person David - prompt response and follow up. Unfortunately my experience during the negotiation was less than ideal - it seemed one of the sales managers did not have any time either for me or the sales person to hear about the deal David and I agreed on. Once I got home, I got a call from Ian, another sales manager, who took the time to hear my story and offered a deal that was exceptional. My experience since than more than exceeded my expectations. During delivery Ian made a point to meet with me and David surprised me many thoughtful BMW accessories. More
