She had incredibly informative product knowledge, made sure I was comfortable and informed during my service wait, offered a loaner vehicle (which I did not need given the extremely accommodating nature of the waiting area having wifi), and set me up with the service mechanic (Nick). Once my car was on the lift, it was apparent that my tires were bald and my break pads/ rotors needed replacing. They brought it to my attention and gladly gave me a quote for the parts and service should I want to get it done. They went the extra mile to assess an issue that could have been potentially dangerous to me had I left the issue unattended. I know I can bring my car there with 100 % confidence that I will be taken care of and plan to do so every time I need service. More
