I bought my BMW X3 virtually because I live in NB and was impressed with Maranello BMW's 5 star rating. David Sy was amazing and totally customer focused from start to finish. In for a quick tire swap from summers to winters. I was a bit surprised being charged $250 for them to discard my worn summers and return my alloy wheels to me. Considering I paid $90 on top of that for the wheel swap in the first place, was expecting more of a package deal. But, I was able to see the tech working on my car. Used a torque wrench —good. He topped up radiator fluid and wiper fluid—good. Put away my alloy wheels in bags and carefully packed in my car with cardboard in-between so they don’t rattle—good. Waiting area still needs lots of improvement but it was fine for an hour wait. More
