I purchased my BMW X5 from Maranello. I was assisted by John P, Walter and Kathy who all went out of their way to provide me with an excellent level of service. My experience at Marinello service the other day was great. I had an issue that was going on for 3 to 4 weeks and was helped by Wilson. He was knowledgeable kind and gave me all the time he needed to try to rectify the problem. Unfortunately the car needed to come in and Gina was simply excellent. She made all the arrangements for me had my car in and half a day later it was out. John the shop foreman came out as well to assist in software issues and I was thoroughly satisfied with his explanations. I am always treated well and very satisfied when getting service here. More

I’ve been to this location a few times before and received satisfactory to less than satisfactory service. I went in because my car said it needed brake fluid. I was handed down from one employee to 2 others and then told I needed to purchase the fluid - which I did. After advising that I didn’t know where it went or what to do with it I was told to wait in my car. Andre was very pleasant when he approached me to find out if I was ok. Turned out I needed my fluid flushed and it was covered under my warranty. Andre took excellent care of me - even threw in some bonuses! If Andre isn’t my service advisor, I’d much rather go across town to downtown BWM! More

My bimmer needed an oil change and checked for a potential petrol leak. It turned out to be an oil leak, but Maranello chose to change the oil anyway, in spite of me choosing to defer the repair (I potential petrol leak. Remote starter was not working, they found the cause of the problem and gave us a temporary car so we wouldn't have to wait around while they fixed the problem.
